Nel panorama della fotografia professionale Panasonic meriterebbe molto più successo. Questa lente è la conferma di un’azienda che sa il fatto suo. La utilizzo quasi esclusivamente per fotografia D’Interni (su treppiedi e diaframmi chiusi) e non mi importa che non sia molto luminosa. La resa è ottima in tutte le condizioni e abbinata alla Lumix S5 mi permette di portare a casa l’80% del lavoro. Anche con i 96 MP della S5 non fa una piega in termini di resa.

Habe noch ein weiteres Objektiv mit etwas mehr Weitwinkel für meine Lumix S5 gesucht und das hier zusätzlich zum Kit-Objektiv gefunden. Bin sehr zufrieden.

The full price for this lens is £699 (at the time of this review) It was on offer for me with a saving of £200, which is a much more realistic price. That said, you will always have to pay a slight premium for a Panasonic-branded S-Series lens. The build quality is a bit plastic but I guess that is to try and make it more lightweight, which it is. I got this because I found that my Lumix S 24-70mm F2.8 couldn’t go wide-angle enough for some shots and the 14mm is really nice and extreme. I found no issues with sharpness and the close-focus macro has proved to be really useful, especially for my video work.
