The tape securing the opening to leads was difficult to remove without putting pressure on the container and thus on the leads. This lead is very soft/brittle and breaks.

I love them! They are soft to use, but they don't break so easily. Very happy I bought 2 sets and would highly recommend them because Stradler does not make 8Bs.

The product is as described. The leads are nice and black. They are softer and more brittle though to account for darker spread so don't be too heavy.
