Doesn't come with instructions but fairly straight forward.Mine did arrive with a crack in one section but doesn't effect the instrument.Love little thing to have to hand

This is a really nicely made ethnic flute. It’s well made, fits together well and it’s lovely to look at.It’s very hard to play and as such includes a plastic mouthpiece which means you can blow it like a recorder rather than across the holes like a flute. This is a rather clever idea.There are a lot of sound holes for fingeringand it is impossible to know the fingerings or in fact which of the holes you should blow across. Either way, it is hard to make a sound even as a flautist.There are no instructions or fingering charts.Also included a little black plastic thing in a tiny plastic bag and a sachet with some blue paper. It is unknown what these are for either.Inside the plastic box that the flute comes in there is a red velvet thing with a cardboard strip inside. However, the velvet and the strip appear to be glued to each other and to the box. I assume this is just attractive packaging but it looked at first like it may be a bag to keep the flute in.It’s all a bit peculiar but very low cost and a nice ornament

I already have a dizi in the key of D, so it was nice to add this one which I got in the key of G. It plays just as well as my D dizi, although it does require a little more effort because the higher pitch means more air is needed to reach the high frequencies (this phenomenon is the same for all instruments, e.g. a small didgeridoo requires more air than a larger one).There are plenty of resources on the internet and on Youtube to get you started, so don't let the lack of instructions put you off. 5*

Amazing instrument for the cost, much better quality than expected as such a reasonable price.
