Très bon produit, papier magnifique

I chose the watercolor 25% cotton A5 block.The paper feels and behaves like any other cheap wood pulp paper. Any of the advertised properties did not show in my test with gouache.The paper's surface feels almost coated, so the paint gets repelled and does not sink in. It's fine if you apply acrylics without any dilution at all, but not for gouache in slightly diluted consistency. It just dries blotchy and uneven.I can't imagine that watercolor wet on dry would be any better, unless perhaps the surface becomes more permiable after long soaking/wet-in-wet color.
