Cross threaded the first time I used it and then the pin fell out. Fine if you want an expensive door stop, otherwise look elsewhere

Der Schraubstock läßt sich einfach ein fast jede Tischplatte klemmen. Für meinen Einsatzzweck vollkommen ausreichen. Man kann kleine Teile einspannen und diese mit der Flex bearbeiten. Er ist sicherlich kein Profigerät, aber für Bastler und Hobbyheimwerker vollkommen ausreichend

This vice is excellent for my needs. It's pretty small, and can be installed/dismount easily.It can be fixed to the side of a table. But care should be taken on not to screw the fixings too tightly or you may break the table surface.DownsideThe jaws could be smoother. But they close up ok. The paint can come off under heat. I was do some machining on a screw and the paint came off.Overall I think this is a good vice. If I have the space I would buy a fixed vice at similar price, and is much sturdier. But with limit space available and don't have a permanent workbench, this little vice is still very helpful.
