I bought these to protect our hatches from UV ray damage. I can't comment on how effective that has been since I have only had them on for 2 months. In reality - - if I were to do a control experiment between one hatch with a cover and one without the cover and compared degradation, that would be ideal. In practicality, I'm not doing that. They also keep the inside darker and look pretty darn good on the outside. I would recommend.

This is a very well made and durable hatch cover at a much more cost effective price than having one made by a local sail maker! Fits great. Looks great.

Fit perfect on the forhatch of a Hunter’31 sailboat. Quality of the canvas was very good. Would highly recommend this cover.
