The riser will enable you to raise your handlebars up higher, so you don't have to bend down to reach them. I bought the long one (180mm length) and raised my handlebars to a comfortable height. However, I don't have them at the highest position for now, but if I decide to go higher, that is still a possibility, or lower if I want, because of the versatility in the extra length stem. Any height is possible depending on how you arrange the spacers and handlebar clamp on the stem.

Good quality and fit perfectly. Raising the handlebars on my bike improved my posture. Now I don't have back pain when riding my bike.

I looked at a lot of different brands. I landed on this one because of the good reviews. I am really happy with this purchase and it looks really great on my daughters Specialized Mountain Bike. Very clean. EASY to install as well.

My mountain bike handlebars were so low, bending down put a lot of weight on my wrists. With this device I was able to sit more upright which relieves the strain on my wrists. Fit easily and is solid. I did have to install a longer front brake cable, just $9 on Amazon.

Very easy to install I love the exstion raising up the handle bars so you don't have to lean down so far . The only thing is that you have to put new brake cables and shifter cables . But it is worth the money plus you don't have to bend over as much for me it helps my back since I have had 3 operating on my back . I love the ride and the product.
