Somewhere a professional chef is clutching his chest as he looks at my provided photo saying, “The Bonigour! What have you done?” lol Based on my experience using it as a tool to detail-clean my floor scrubber, I’m sure this nimble tweezer tool functions very well as a kitchen implement too. However, I used the precision tweezers to help me grab and pull a cloth out of the cleaning tube of my floor scrubber.Before ordering the Bonigour tongs, I had to try to fish the cloth out of the bottom of the chute with my fingers and it usually resulted in lots of scrapes to the back of my fingers. These tweezer/tongs have a nice long reach and make removal of the soiled rag so much quicker and easier than what I did before. I’m happy I ordered these!

A handy unique tool for plating food. Looks like a big oversized tweezer. Would also work well for serving sushi.
