Seem sturdy and good quality. These have significantly improved my workouts with resistance bands. I don't spend time anymore undoing the tight knots of the anchored resistance bands. I also stopped damaging my wider bands on narrow attachment points (one hook was especially not kind to one of my wide bands). The carabiner is wide enough that it fits comfortably even my widest extra heavy band. Lately, I also got a pair of gymnastic rings and this also has been helpful for attaching these.I highly recommend this item.

As other reviewers have done, I bought these carabiners to use with a resistance bands bar. They work well even with the wider heavier bands, and are solid and sturdy.

I bought these to connect my loop bands to handles, they are perfect and work like a dream. Only problem now is I have no excuse not to train....

Bought to secure my loop Resistance bands to various pieces of equipment. These are solid pieces of kit with a good stew securing method so they will not part company from what you are securing them to. Extremely well made.

Would recommend i attach them to my bands 80 lbs to 100lbs then attach my handles to them ,they are very sturdy in fact after this review ill buy another set
