So first of it's big, takes up 2/3 of a queen size bed.After unpacking and allowing to rest it was very supporting.I found no use for the neck pillow thing, but your mileage may vary.The arm pocket is handy but I'd rather see one on both arms and ditch the one on the back.

this sit up pellow is not that comfy to me and the padding on top is not fully puffed out and the head pillow you put on ot makes it more un comfy

The stitching on the cup holder pocket is 30-40 degrees crooked from the rest of the pillow! Weirdest thing ever. Everything else on the pillow was fine. I really got it for the cup holder part and was disappointed with what I received. The patch is useless and more of a pocket than a cup holder.

This thing has been an absolute lifesaver. It’s not only super thick and soft, but it holds its shape & gives me the back support I need.I’m currently recovering from a double mastectomy so it’s been hard to get comfortable as I also have back issues. Shuffling around pillows and adjusting my position has been extremely difficult because of my limited ability to use my arms.Thanks to this product, not only do I not have to exhaust myself and cause pain from adjusting everything around me constantly, but I get to feel super cozy because of the softness of the fabric.If you have back issues and/or an upcoming surgery, I’d definitely recommend this to help you sit upright. I rest the back of it on my couch, but you could also put it against any other sturdy surface. I’m 5ft tall and got the large to be extra cozy, but if you’re of similar stature you could totally get a smaller size.
